These photographs document objects that are used for the protection, transportation, and documentation of art pieces. By recontextualizing these support systems as artworks themselves, I question the nature of the creative gesture: an object that was once constructed for very specific, pragmatic reasons, is now seen as a self-expressive, enigmatic object.
